The Quadra Village Medical Clinic is a hybrid family practice and walk-in clinic with pharmacy on site. We are looking for a physician to either build their own new patient panel, or take over an existing panel of approximately 550 patients. The existing panel is a good mix of pediatrics, complex care, and geriatrics with room to grow the panel if you choose. Walk-in commitment is optional.

As part of the interdisciplinary team the Physician shall use evidence and measurement-based care to perform the following:

Benefits: Professional fees i.e. CPSBC, CFPC, CMPA partially covered. Vacation, Extended health benefits, dental, pension, sick time, etc. 25% o/h for fee for service or potential contract 290,000 per year through MOH with no overhead contribution

• Work hours are flexible, shifts between 3 to 8 hours
• 8 fully computerized exam rooms, three to four MOAs per shift
