Are you interested in locum coverage between January 6 – 24 or February 18 – March 21? The Urban Locum Program has recently recruited new locums who may be able to provide coverage during these time periods. Interested ULP host physicians are encouraged to submit requests.
If you are a registered host physician in the ULP, you’re welcome to submit coverage requests to utilize up to 10 days during the current pilot phase (July 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025). You can access the host physician coverage request form for guidance on submitting your requests. To help you get re-acquainted with the program, you can also view the host orientation document and a visual of the host process.
If you’re not yet a registered host physician, here are the details how to apply for the program:
Please submit a program application form and signed MOU. Once your application has been processed, we will send you a link to the coverage request form.
