Take over a well-managed panel of fewer than 400 patients from retiring physician Dr. Bridget Reidy, who will remain available to support transitions and follow-up care through February 1, 2026. Dr. Reidy currently practices out of her home in the Elk Lake area, so the incoming physician would need to secure a new clinic location. The majority of patients reside on the Saanich Peninsula, making this an excellent opportunity for someone already practicing in—or looking to establish a practice near—that region. This is an ideal opportunity for a physician looking for flexible hours, a supportive transition, and meaningful longitudinal care for a primarily geriatric and multimorbid population.
