Sitka Health Centre is welcoming applications for a permanent, full-time family physician to join our group practice starting August 26, 2025. We’re located in a friendly neighbourhood beside an elementary school, just a few blocks from the ocean and a short 15-minute bike ride to downtown Victoria. Our team is committed to providing high-quality, full-spectrum care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What We Offer:

• A vibrant, community-focused group practice with two family physicians, an office manager/MOA, two additional MOAs, and a full-time RN

• A balanced patient mix and supportive colleagues in a welcoming clinic setting

• Average daily patient volume: 25–40

• Flexible scheduling Monday–Friday

• Modern facilities with Accuro EMR, dedicated physician computers, and high-speed internet

• Each physician has their own exam room, with the option of a second room if needed

Compensation & Overhead:

• Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) payment model

• Estimated monthly overhead: $9,000 per full-time physician

Qualifications:

• Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC

• Interest in providing comprehensive family medicine (scope of practice is flexible: hospital, LTC, house calls, surgical assists, and obstetrics are all optional)
