Dr. Eugene Leduc is seeking a full-time locum to provide coverage at Doctors Medical Clinic, a collegial group practice of seven family physicians located in a modern, well-equipped medical/dental building in Victoria.

About the Practice

• Efficient, well-run clinic with 7 family doctors

• Supported by 5 role-based MOAs, a practice nurse, and mental health & social work consultants

• On-site lab, medical imaging, and pharmacy

• 8 exam rooms, 6 private offices, minor-surgical room with instrument sterilization, and vaccine storage

• High-speed internet and dedicated computers in every exam room

Workload & Schedule

• Approx. 32–36 hours/week (9 AM–4 PM Tue/Thu/Fri + 1–4 PM Mon + 9 AM–1 PM Wed)

• 25 patients/day on average (63% in-person / 37% telehealth)

• No on-call or obstetrics requirements

• Days and hours flexible

EMR

• Intrahealth Profile (fully integrated with CareConnect, PharmaNet e-forms, online booking, and direct fax/email/text functions)

Remuneration

• LFP Model: 100 % of LFP time code fees and 50 % of encounter fees

• Forms/private billing: 90 %

• Alternative option: 100 % of both time code and encounter fees with fixed overhead of $1,600/week

Requirements

• Current licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC
