Tuscany Family Medicine is seeking a family physician to join our collaborative, team-based practice located in Uptown, Victoria. Our seven-physician group provides comprehensive, patient-centred care to a diverse population, supported by a strong allied-health team.

Start Date: March 2, 2026
End Date: March 1, 2027 (flexible – open to 3, 6, 9 or 12-month coverage)

About the Clinic

• Multidisciplinary team including 2 MOAs, a Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Mental Health Worker and Clinical Pharmacist

• 8 exam rooms (2 per physician), dedicated office space and computer for each provider

• EMR: Med Access

• Operating hours: Monday – Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM

• Average patient volume 15–25 per day (flexible)

• Patient population includes children, adults, and seniors

Compensation

• Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) model – 80/20 split for in-office and forms/private billings

Qualifications

• Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC
