Dr. Jay Aiken is seeking a locum physician to provide full-time family practice coverage in a friendly, well-organized solo practice located just minutes from downtown Victoria. The clinic offers a calm, bright work environment with extensive natural light, well-appointed exam rooms, and experienced MOA support. Enjoy caring for a wonderful patient panel while working alongside two collegial neighbouring physicians. Free parking and excellent nearby lunch options make this an easy and enjoyable place to work.

Location: #302 – 1711 Cook Street, Victoria, BC
EMR: Med-Access
Average Patient Volume: 20–25/day (flexible—your preference welcomed)
Workdays: Flexible Mondays and Fridays
Environment:
2.5 experienced MOAs
Each physician works from one dedicated exam room
Shared back office with natural light
Physician exam room includes sit/stand wall-mounted swivel desk, computer, printer, and full standard medical equipment
Parking: Free on-site parking; secure bicycle lock-up available
Compensation (LFP Model)
In-office: 80/20
Forms/private billing: 90/10
Guaranteed minimum: $160–$200/day
No obstetrics, hospital work, on-call, or after-hours duties
