Dine & Learn: Seat confirmation explained

Our popular Dine & Learn CME resumes in September. With limited seats and high demand, we follow a transparent process to keep access fair. Rather than first-come-first-served or walk-ins, seats are confirmed by using priority criteria.

Watch for our status email after you RSVP
Submitting an RSVP is step one – it doesn’t guarantee a seat. Rather, you’ll receive a status email from [email protected] confirming if you’re in or waitlisted.

How we prioritize
Seats are confirmed first for:

Members whose primary division is Victoria
Members new to the area
Members who haven’t attended recently

Confirmed participants will receive a calendar invite, and if you’re waitlisted you’ll hear from us if a spot opens.

No walk-ins
Because of the interactive roundtable format and limited seating, we aren’t able to accommodate walk-ins.
