The Caregiver Rx Social Prescribing service by Family Caregivers of BC is now listed on Pathways.
When you refer a caregiver through a social prescription, they receive:
- Emotional support
- Help navigating systems and services
- Connection to community resources
- Education and information on resilience, well-being and managing stress

What you can count on:

- Optional follow-up on the outcome of your referral
