A family physician is seeking a highly flexible locum for the last two weeks of August, with options to work fully from home via telehealth, in-office, or a hybrid mix. The position is designed to fit a locum’s preferred schedule, making it an excellent short-term opportunity with plenty of flexibility.

• Work style options:

  • Fully telehealth from home

  • Hybrid: home and in-office visits

  • Fully in-office

• Coverage dates:

  • Primary need: Last two weeks of August

  • Alternative options:

    • August 12–23

    • August 19–September 6 (for those interested in a three-week locum)

• Patient care schedule:

  • Usual hours: Monday–Thursday, 12–6 pm

  • Flexible for this coverage period — as few as 3 days/week possible

  • Daytime hours can shift to more typical 9–5 if preferred

  • 20–24 patients/day (can be less if desired)

• EMR:

  • Intrahealth Profile (training provided; easy to learn)

• Work days and hours:

  • Fully flexible between Monday and Friday

  • On-site parking

• Billing model:
