This is a flexible, full-time opportunity, in a busy four physician group practice in Oak Bay with an attached walk-in clinic. The clinic has excellent colleagues and support staff, and is well managed with reasonable overhead costs. The current physician plans to retire at the end of 2026, however they are flexible and open to other arrangements. They currently work Monday-Friday, however this is also flexible if the replacing physician wants to do additional work outside the clinic.
The current panel includes patients of all ages, however the practice is more weighted to geriatrics/complex care patients. With many unattached patients in the area, there is opportunity to add more patients if desired.
