This flexible position, offering full-service family medicine, could be anything from a job-share, to a gradual transition, to taking over the panel completely. The retiring physician is seeking a caring physician to develop long-term relationships with their patients, and is open to mentoring an incoming physician. Support for transitioning is available, including flexibility in days, hours of practice, and speed of transition, as well as mentorship and connections to the wider medical community.

The current panel includes 988 patients, age range from 0-104 with ~10% of patients in each age decade from 0-80, 5% over 80. 65% female, 35% male. Although maternity is not currently offered, there are three maternity physicians within the office.

• Typical hours: Monday-Friday from 8am to 4pm (flexible), including both in-person and virtual care. Virtual care from home is an option.
