Clinic Information

Operated by Island Health, Seven Oaks provides the highest level of tertiary mental health care available on Vancouver Island for adults with complex psychiatric conditions. The 40-bed facility offers assessment, stabilization, treatment, and psychosocial rehabilitation services for individuals living with illnesses such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, and other severe and persistent mental health conditions. Clients often reside at Seven Oaks for extended periods, creating an opportunity for meaningful longitudinal primary care and the development of strong therapeutic relationships. Many clients have significant physical health needs in addition to their psychiatric diagnoses, making access to consistent primary care an important component of their overall well-being.

Located at the base of PKOLS (Mount Douglas) on Blenkinsop Road, Seven Oaks is surrounded by nature while remaining just minutes from downtown Victoria.
