Looking for a long-term, regular locum to cover either two days every week or one week every month.

Details:

Flexible schedule
Average daily patient volume | 30-40
EMR | MedAccess
Required | on-call obligations, telephone on-call
Optional | hospital privileges, nursing home/extended, ACLS, house calls
2 exam rooms and 1 MOA per physician
FREE parking
Dedicated computer for physician use with wireless, high-speed internet
Compensation | FFS
Billing split | in office:100/0; form fees/private billings:100/0; hospital/ out of office: 100/0
Guaranteed hourly minimum | $165, based on minimum of four patients per hour
