We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Office Administrator to join our busy, patient-focused medical clinic. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients, managing details, and helping keep a clinic running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient scheduling and appointment coordination
• Front desk reception and patient communication (phone, email, in person)
• Managing referrals and related documentation
• Completion, tracking, and follow-up of medical forms
• Billing and payment processing
• EMR management using Juno and Jane EMRs.
• General administrative support for clinicians and clinic operations

Requirements:

• Experience with JUNO (required) and Jane EMR (beneficial)
• Medical office experience strongly preferred with front desk experience required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Clear, professional, and compassionate communication style
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Compensation:

• $hourly rate varies, depending on experience ($17.92-$26.00/hr.)
