Job Specifics

We are a family practice with four Physicians and four Nurse Practitioners looking for an experienced Medical Office Assistant to permanently join our team. The successful candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, ensure confidentiality of patient information, and maintain operations by following policies and procedures. Our MOA’s are the face of the company. Professionalism, initiative and the ability to trouble shoot independently are essential.

While greeting patients, answering calls, scheduling appointments and fulfilling practitioner requests are the primary duties of the front desk team, the MOA’s are also required to ensure the exam rooms are stocked and tidied daily, assist with accounts receivable calls, sterilize instruments, and perform various other administrative duties.
