Moss Rock Medical is seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager with experience as a Medical Office Assistant to join their healthcare team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the medical office and delivering excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities: The Office Manager will supervise office staff, ensuring tasks are effectively delegated to maintain efficiency. They will also manage payroll, maintaining accurate records and coordinating relationships with vendors while overseeing office supplies inventory.

In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining patient files and medical records. Additionally, you will provide essential administrative support, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and handling correspondence.

You will also assist in training new office staff, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles. Proficiency in using office software, phone systems, and electronic medical records (EMR) is necessary for success in this position.

The role involves assisting with budgeting and financial record-keeping to support the financial health of the practice.

Qualifications:

Experience in a medical office setting preferred

Familiarity with Med Access EMR system is a plus

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
