Spoke Health is a new, independent primary care clinic set to open in Victoria. We are built around the goal of providing care to patients in a way that works best for them and for the healthcare provider. Providing primary health care is going to be a big job wherever you work, but we feel that by removing the administrative weight that slows providers down and providing the clinic attributes that provide the greatest benefit is more helpful than spending on a large complement of medical office assistants.
Spoke pairs a nimble team with a technology-first model — online booking, an Al scheduling and patient-communication agent, an Al-enhanced EMR, an administrative assistant and LPN support for charting updating, triage, follow-up, and forms and whatever else aims to make your day smoother.
