Pulse Complete Cardiac Care (a division of RebalanceMD) opened in 2022 with a vision to change the experience for cardiac patients on Vancouver Island by creating an outpatient centre of excellence for integrated care.

We seek to add a team of GPs to create added value in the delivery of care in the current challenging environment.

We have a large team of Cardiac and Internal Medicine Specialists, as well as a cardiac technician team performing diagnostic testing in a new modern facility at Uptown.

Integrating a team of family practitioners into the model allows scope appropriate work to occur and our care model to evolve. Pulse has a vision to migrate into all cardiac delivery sectors to improve integration and collaboration and drive efficiency to improve patient experience and physician engagement.

Much like the Rebalance model for orthopaedics, Pulse can impact the ecosystem over time. We are interested in physicians that may have a special interest in cardiac patients that want to be part of a collaborative integrated team. This will help Pulse provide appropriate care to improve access and increase patient flow. The interface with specialists will create top of scope experiences.

The care will be mostly episodic with a variety of opportunities that will evolve to include management, prevention, and team based clinics.

Full time or part time considered.

Training and education will be included and all equipment is provided.
