Retiring physician (summer 2025 or earlier) seeks FP to take over practice. Excellent work environment and exceptional staff. New modern office facilities in uptown Mall – 2nd floor.

Longitudinal family practice
Office hours determined by physician (office open from 8;30am – 4:30pm)
Approx. 900 patients, average daily patient volume: 18-20
EMR: MedAccess
Each doctor has own office and 2 examining rooms, 2 MOAs, potential nurse to join, 3 other doctors in clinic
Monthly parking fee for dedicated spot
