The Victoria Division is launching a new MOA Network and is looking for interested MOAs and Office Managers of Victoria PCN clinics to join the MOA Network Working Group. This group will inform and guide the design and implementation of the Network.
The MOA Network
The MOA Network will support the evolving needs of MOAs working in Victoria PCN member clinics through a combination of clinical and professional development supports, resources, and ongoing engagement and education opportunities.
The Network will aim to:
- Strengthen connections and collaboration between clinics and MOAs.
- Support ongoing professional development and training.
- Enhance efficiency and practices across clinics.
- Act as a centralized hub for communications, education content, and resources
Role summary
MOA Network WG members will assist the Division project team with program design and implementation, and education and engagement planning. Working group members will also proactively engage with other network members and encourage participation in an online community and at education and engagement events.
Duties and responsibilities
Participate in working group meetings with other local clinic administrators, the Family Physician Lead, and program staff.
We have two hours allotted every two months. The group will decide when to meet.
Provide the MOA/OM perspective to the working group and program staff.
Champion the Network and encourage the participation and engagement of other network members.

MOA or Office Manager
New or experienced
Willingness to collaborate and provide open and honest feedback
Positive attitude
Time commitment
2-3 hours bi-monthly
One-year term
Compensation provided at a rate of $25/hour
