Online forum: Addressing dementia-related stigma in primary care

This national online forum is a multi-stakeholder event to discuss the dissemination and use of the Flipping Stigma Toolkit in primary care settings across Canada. Funded by CIHR and delivered in partnership with UBC.

Date: Thursday November 9th

Time: 8:30am – 11:30am

For those who would be taking time out of their primary care practice to be at the forum, an honorarium in appreciation of their time and expertise wi9ll be provided.
