This Island Health engagement session on pulmonary embolism (PE) and deep vein thrombosis (DVT) patient management brings together specialties managing these patients to discuss patient pathways, update algorithms and produce a white paper to help guide the future patient treatment on Vancouver Island.
With the participation of multidisciplinary colleagues, they look forward to collaboratively refining the current PE algorithm and DVT pathways within Island Health. The goal is to facilitate a multidisciplinary discussion and, by the end of the day, produce a white paper for both disease states.
